Medical grade oxygen concentrator rental $150 for set up and first 24 hours, then $50/day. $350 for 1 week. Extra cannula and splitters $5/each (includes prescription for oxygen)

Payment and Insurance
We are private pay. While we do not bill insurance directly, we will provide you with a detailed superbill (receipt) that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. We accept credit cards and Health Savings Account Cards.
Reimbursement depends on your coverage plan, benefits, deductibles etc. We recommend consulting your insurance carrier regarding coverage of out-of-network urgent care.
We are not contracted through Medicare. Medicare will not reimburse patients for our services.
