Fees

  • House Calls:

    $395 8am-10pm 

    $545 (after hours) 10pm- 8am

  • $50 surcharge for Keystone/Dillon, Copper, South Blue River

  • Medical grade oxygen concentrator rental $150 for set up and first 24 hours, then $50/day.  $350 for 1 week. Extra cannula $5/each, splitters $15 and CPAP adapters $10

    $50 charge for drop off or pick up between 8pm and 7am. Drop off prior to arrival will require pre-payment.

  • Examples of prices for treatments in addition to the house call visit fee:

    • IV hydration: $150
    • Laceration repair: $250
    • Strep test: $40, Flu A&B + Covid (3 in 1 test): $105, Urine dip test: $35
    • Medications: $30-$65

  • Average cost for exam and treatment of altitude sickness $700-$750 (includes medical oxygen rental and medications)

  • Telemedicine visits for select conditions $99

 

Payment and Insurance

We are private pay. While we do not bill insurance directly, we will provide you with a detailed superbill (receipt) that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. We accept credit cards and Health Savings Account Cards.

Reimbursement depends on your coverage plan, benefits, deductibles etc. We recommend consulting your insurance carrier regarding coverage of out-of-network.

We are not contracted through Medicare. Medicare will not reimburse patients for our services.
